I am hopeful that since I have eaten much better prior to this round of Whole30, that I will not feel quite as crappy as the first time. So far, so good 🙂

Last night, I heated up some bone broth and added sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach. Today for breakfast, I had an egg white bruscetta omelette with 1/4 avocado and lunch was a salad with tuna (pole caught), olives, and homemade lemon vinaigrette. YUMMY! Dinner will be left over Moroccan chicken and some green veggie I find 🙂

I hope this motivation and great feeling lasts the whole time!! Wish me luck!
