Tonight’s dinner ahi steaks over lettuce and grilled zucchini. I made a new dressing 🙂 A Paleo version of sesame/ginger dressing. It was really good!

Many ask, “how do you make______?” I was pondering the idea of a cooking class. A small group of people, we can meet monthly and go over recipes and tips for living a Whole30 lifestyle. Eating healthy and clean is not always an easy task – let me show you some tips 🙂 We can go over dips, sauces, marinades, snacks, soups, desserts, dehydrator use, etc… Keep in mind Whole30 does not equal Paleo and Paleo does not equal Whole30. We will learn to differentiate the two as we cook and make food choices.
