February 1 = Whole 30 Day 1.
After yesterdays indulgence of candy, popcorn, Cheez Nips, Wine, etc… I was thrilled to start another Whole 30.
Thawed bone broth, made a pork roast to shred, stocked up on veggies and fruits, made a fresh pitcher of iced tea. I am armed and ready for this! It just so happens my husband is traveling again for work – makes starting this so much easier!
My biggest challenge will be camping mid-month. I am hoping to make this Whole 30 actually a Whole 60…or even 90. Just in time for swim suit season 🙂
